I needed to conduct interviews for an internship at my new startup. At first, I was anxious that how would I conduct interviews of more than 30 candidates on a single day but then I decided to use the Pomodoro technique for this.

I decided to set a maximum of 5 minutes for each candidate’s interview. After conducting interviews of every 5 candidates I take a break of 5 minutes. By using this technique I’ve conducted all interviews effectively in just 3 hours.

This experiment of the Pomodoro technique is not much easy as it looks before applying. Maybe the reason behind it is the First Time. But the thing I learned from this technique is that our works are not much difficult as we assume they’re. Even Almighty Allah tells us in the Holy Quran “Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity” (Al-Baqarah:286)

The only thing is that that we know how to make and complete our goals effectively.
